Negative impression with reservation

Made a reservation through Expedia with the wrong dates. About 3 months ago, two weeks later I realized that those days was wrong, so I contacted the Expedia and called the hotel office trying to modify the dates with the only answer “we can’t do it”, I sent a letter to the hotel manager explaining my situation offering more money for the inconvenience, I was willing to take any rate available and for my surprise got the same answer “can’t do it”, leaving not other option to book in another hotel, can’t believe there is business running like this. Reasonable Price, Reasonable Stay

For the price we paid, this hotel fits the bill. Simple accommodation. Simple breakfast. Simple check in. Basic amenities, and comfortable stay. We were given a room at the corner of the block, but it served us well. And lastly, a perfect location.... ++
