Our main ground floor reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A member of staff is always on hand to assist our guests and visitors.
Beverages and Refreshments
Our vending machine is available 24 hours a day, providing all our guests with drinks and refreshments whenever they are required. Tea and coffee facilities are available in the rooms.
Taxi Booking Service
We provide our guests with a 24 hour taxi booking service. We can arrange a taxi to any London destination including all the London airports. This service is offered both to individuals and to groups.
Theatre & Tour Tickets
Tickets for Madame Tussaud’s and a wide range of London sightseeing operators can be purchased by guests directly from our reception. This includes tickets for Big Bus Tours and Evans Tours. We can also provide theatre tickets for the show of your choice.
Internet & Wi-Fi Facilities
Two internet terminals are available within the hotel. Furthermore a Wi-Fi service is accessible from guest rooms and provided free of charge.
Breakfast is included in all rates quoted and served in our dining room, seating approximately 85 persons.
The hotel provides customers with luggage facilities upon request in which guests are welcome to leave their luggage.
For extra security and peace of mind we provide safe facilities at reception for all guests. These are available between 0700 and 2200 daily. Additionally a limited number of rooms have a private safe. This can be programmed personally by our guests if desired.
