For an assured reservation we require: credit card details (number, expiry date, cardholder's name & address) or bank transfer to cover your first night.
All cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date. All cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will be charged as follows:
Bookings up to 3 nights – charged the equivalent of one night’s stay
Bookings of 4 nights or more – charged the equivalent of two night’s stay.
If you should need to cancel your reservation, please obtain and keep the name of the person with whom you cancel your reservation. You should also obtain and keep the cancellation reference number.
